People always say: “Everything is so much bigger in America”. And they are absolutely right!
Salesforce’s Dreamforce in San Francisco is without any doubt the largest company software conference on the planet. Do you know any other company event with more than 170.000 registered visitors, 2.700+ breakout sessions, and a large number of innovative minds such as Salesforce’s CEO Marc Benioff (of course), former First Lady Michelle Obama, Laurene Powell (Steve Jobs’ widow) and Hollywood superstars Ashton Kutcher, Natalie Portman and Will.i.am (I’m not kidding), to name just of few of them. My job was to accompany the Belgian reporters on site, to make sure they experienced four days of innovation and get home with a enormous suitcase of amazing stories.
