The use of digital has turned the audiovisual industry upside down. But it is still magic...
Unité 42 is a police series, filmed in and around Brussels. The plot is about a cybercrime investigation and focuses on a peculiar team of cyber criminality experts. It is now broadcasted on RTBF, the public broadcasting organization of the French Community of Belgium, and will be also broadcasted on the French public national television as well.
Recently the series received a special mention of the International TV series Jury during the Geneva International Film Festival: "The creators of Unité 42 managed to create a procedural that is as profound character wise as it is thrilling plot wise. The acting and cinematography added to the high-quality storytelling."
Behind the scenes
And now the great news: we had the chance to take a look behind the scenes. Solutions of our customer LaCie were used by the crew to manage and protect all footage and recordings. For Simon Moirot, the data manager on the set, the LaCie hard drives were essential.
